Third Annual Oil Change for Charity April 22

Take care of your car and your community

Change your oil and support the Time Out Shelter – that’s the message from Steve Miller of Miller Autoworks.

Miller's auto shop at 600 W. Main Street will be closed for regular business Friday, April 22 from 7:30 a.m. till 5 p.m. All proceeds from Oil Change for Charity, except taxes, will be donated to the Time Out Shelter.

Miller has a history of donating to local charities. Last year, he and his mechanics spent a day in May doing oil changes for Special Olympics.  At the time Miller said, “Basically, what we will do is strictly oil changes all day long."

Miller has had his shop on Main Street for three years. He has been a Payson resident for 13 years, working during that time in other shops in the area.

In 2009, during an Oil Change for Charity event, Miller Autoworks raised $1,000 for the Time Out Shelter.
“Payson has been really good to me,” Miller said. “I’m happy to give back.”

Oil Change for Charity takes place Friday, April 22, from 7:30 a.m. till 5 p.m. at 600 W. Main Street. #A.
