Governor orders flags flown at half staff for SSgt Donald V. Stacy

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 9 in Avondale

Governor Brewer has ordered the flags at all offices and facilities of the State of Arizona lowered to half-staff on Saturday July 9, 2011 from sunrise until sunset to honor Staff Sergeant Donald V. Stacy, 23, of Avondale, Arizona, who died on June 28, 2011, in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Funeral services for SSgt Stacy are scheduled for Saturday July 9, 2011 at Agua Fria High School in Avondale, Arizona, with burial afterward at West Resthaven Cemetery in Glendale, AZ.
