Names of subject and suspect in shooting not being released at this time
Payson Police are investigating a shooting that occured sometime Sunday, July 10 in the 300 block of west Frontier.
According to a press release from the Payson Police Department, police received a report Monday at 9:45 a.m. from Payson Regional Medical Center regarding a man being treated in the hospital's emergency room for a gunshot wound to the chest.
The man's condition is not known at this time and police are not releasing his name or the name of the suspect in the shooting.
