Leonie Dobbins and Todd Youtz, proprietors of the new Red Elephant Catering and Baking Company, are temporarily sharing the kitchen of Terry Steeley’s My Sister’s Bakery and Deli. Terry generously agreed to help her friends out until their own new location is remodeled.

Leonie has spent the better part of her lifetime cooking and baking for others. When she’s toiling in her kitchen, she’s at her happiest.  For Todd, he’s adding to his 17 years of professional cooking experience by securing a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science. He’s a great believer in natural health and loves teaching others how to cook.

There’s no doubt about it, this dynamic duo is back! 

   

The Red Elephant is now offering a much wider range of foods.  They will continue with the great vegetarian foods and the Old World bakery items previously offered. But now they are offering a much larger selection to delight your tastes. Not only that, but they will come to you.  No occasion is too small. From BBQ to gourmet, they are here to serve their favorite community.

Dobbins and Youtz have already participated in the library’s Taste of the Rim Country.  Once the word was out, people began contacting them.  So their first business arrangements are underway, with more waiting in the wings.  They want you to know that they also do special diets, gift baskets, picnic baskets, party platters, tea parties and much more.
