Southwest Flight 812 with 118 passengers on board made an emergency landing today (Friday) less than an hour after it left Sky Harbor Airport at 3:25 p.m. bound for Sacramento, California. Reports indicate that a hole opened up in the ceiling of the plane, oxygen masks dropped down, and the pilot made a rapid descent to allow passengers to breathe better. The plane landed at 4:07 p.m. at Yuma Marine Airport and all passengers were reported to be safe. They will board another plane and are expected to arrive in Sacramento at around 8:30 p.m. tonight.
