Statement from Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano

A statement from Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano regarding the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry

"The indictment unsealed today charging Manuel Osorio-Arrelanes and unnamed co-conspirators with crimes related to the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is an important step in seeing that justice is served for this unconscionable crime. I applaud the FBI, state and local law enforcement, and the United States Attorney's Office in Arizona for taking swift action in this case to ensure those responsible for Agent Terry's death are brought to justice.

"This indictment also sends a clear message to those who would consider committing violence against the
Border Patrol: we will not stand for aggression against our men and women in uniform, and we will bring the full resources of the federal government to bear in protecting them from harm and holding accountable those who would threaten their lives or their safety."

  1. If what Janet Napolitano says is true, that she wants Justice, then she should be bringing criminal charges any day now against the agents involved within the Dept of A.T.F. for suppling the Mexican Cartels with weapons used in this incidous murder! First they pass SB1070 sayin Law Enforcment is obligated to check citizenship, them pass a law saying everyone can carry concealed weapons, then they setup this poor agent to start another war on Mexico over Illegal "aliens" & stoke the fire of the "War on Drugs". All to keep you feeling scared & that you need Big Brother to protect you from all of the Freedoms they have taken away from the citizenship for its own "Safety"??

So do you feel any Safer Yet??
