Payson Memorial Day Events May 28 - 30

THE THEME SELECTED FOR THIS YEAR IS “FREEDOM PREVAILS .
We proudly honor our American veterans, past, present and future.

The public is invite to attend four separate tributes to remember those who have died in our nation's service and honor those who have defended and continue to defend the standards and values upon which this nation was founded.
Saturday, May 28, Sunrise: Annual Pioneer Cemetery Tribute
Sunday, May 29, 10 a.m.: Annual Mountain Meadows Tribute in Round Valley
sponored by Messengers Funeral Home and supported by the Payson Patriotic Events Committee, VFW, and American Legion
Monday, May 30, 8 a.m. at Flag Raising Ceremony at Mazatzal Hotel and Casino:  patriotic music and ceremony to follow.
Monday, May 30, 10 a.m. Memorial Day Tribute in Green Valley Park presented by the Payson Patriotic Events Committee: Patriotic music, Presentation of Colors, address by Payson Mayor Kenny Evans and guest speakers, a tribute by Payson Military Honor Guard which will include a rifle salute and taps.
