A day of games, contests, prizes, raffles and awards, vendors and seminars and some doggone good fun sponsored by PAWS takes place at Payson's Off-Leash Dog Park in Rumsey Park from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 17. For this event, dogs must be on a four-to-six-foot leash.
