ADOT will be working on US 70 east of Globe May 10-12

Lane closures on US 70 near Globe to continue Tuesday

The Arizona Department of Transportation will continue applying a coat of rejuvenating oil to the roadway surface on US 70 east of Globe beginning Tuesday, May 10 through Thursday, May 12.

What to expect during work hours:

 • ADOT will be working on northbound and southbound US 70 from mileposts 271 to 287 east of Globe.

 • Work crews will direct motorists through the lane closures in the work zone.

 • Drivers can expect delays of up to 30 minutes.

The construction schedule is subject to change due to a variety of reasons, including weather, material availability and mechanical difficulties. As always, drivers are reminded to proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down, and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
