Andy McKinney says "Green Lantern" starts off with a clunker of an idea and lacks joy in what should be a romance. Despite colorful and entertaining special effects, Andy says the film has "no spark, not even much warmth."
With seven writers tackling the classic comic book character's story, Andy says "too many cooks have spoiled this particular broth."
