Unauthorized Removal of Timber and Native Plants Prohibited Within Project Boundaries
The unauthorized removal of timber or native plants within the ADOT right of way or project work zone is prohibited. Timber cutting permits do not grant access to the project boundaries because logging operations pose a danger to both construction workers and loggers. Removal of timber from the work zone is not allowed and is being enforced by local law enforcement and the National Forest Service. Please be aware of permit limits and restrictions.
