Christmas Eve drug bust results in arrest of three in Payson

Payson Police Special Enforcement and Response Team with Gila County Sheriff's deputies execute drug search warrant

A Christmas Eve drug search warrant executed by Payson Police resulted in the arrest of Clint Gimlen, 39, Thomas Hogan, 28, and a 17-year-old juvenile at 303 E. Cherry in Payson.
At approximately 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, Payson Police Department's Special Enforcement Unit and its Special Response Team along with Gila County Sheriff's deputies, served the drug search warrant.
Gimlen was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, and involving a minor in a drug offense. Hogan has been charged with hindering prosecution and a warrant. Both men were booked into the Gila County Jail. The 17-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a dangerous drug and aggravated assault on a police officer and transported to the juvenile detention facility in Globe.
