Notice of Governing Board Meeting
Payson Unified School District #10
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01, notice is hereby given to members of the Payson Unified School District #10 Governing Board and to the general public that the Payson Unified School District #10 Governing Board will hold a Special Board meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday January 17th, 2012 at 5:30 P.M. in the District Office Boardroom, 902 W. Main Street, Payson, AZ.
The Governing Board reserves the right to move into executive session for legal advice with its attorneys for any item listed on the agenda, in person or by telephone, pursuant to A.R.S. §15-843 and 38-431.03(A)(3).
Members of the Governing Board will attend either in person or by telephone conference call.
A COPY OF THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING OFFICE HOURS AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE, 902 W MAIN ST., PAYSON, ARIZONA.
