Town Hall Meetings scheduled to discuss progress on university campus in Payson

Upcoming Town Hall Meetings to Provide Update on Initiative for A University Campus in Payson

June 4, 2012, Payson, Arizona – The Volunteer Committee for A University Campus in Payson invites Rim Country residents to attend one of two upcoming Town Hall meetings to learn what progress has been made during the last 12 months in bringing a four-year university campus to Payson. Mayor Kenny Evans will be present to respond to your questions at both events, with other key local participants in attendance as well.

The first Town Hall will be held at the Payson High School Auditorium on Wednesday, June 13 from 6-7:30P. A morning meeting is scheduled for 10A on Thursday, June 21, at the Payson Senior Center on Main Street. Both events are open to any and all interested attendees.
The format for the town halls will be very interactive and allow lots of time for questions and answers.  We also will introduce our new website that will provide you with a continuous source of current information regarding plans for a university. Please take advantage of this opportunity to hear directly from the leaders who are driving this important initiative forward. There is no need to RSVP, but please do come a little early to get seated before the town hall begins.

Your support is appreciated, and your questions are welcome!
