Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01, notice is hereby given to members of the Payson Unified School District #10 Governing Board and to the general public that the Payson Unified School District #10 Governing Board will hold a Work Study, open to the public, on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 5:00 P.M. in the Board room at 902 W. Main Street, Payson, AZ.

The Governing Board reserves the right to move into executive session for legal advice with its attorneys for any item listed on the agenda, in person or by telephone, pursuant to A.R.S. §15-843 and 38-431.03(A)(3).

Members of the Governing Board will attend either in person or by telephone conference call.

II.               EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to ARS §15-843 and 38-431.03 A.2, A.3.  All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not now present, other than a current member of the Board, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session.  To do so is a violation of A.R.S. §38-431.03 A.2, A.3.  unless pursuant to a specific statutory exception.
