Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01, notice is hereby given to members of the Payson Unified School District #10 Governing Board and to the general public that the Payson Unified School District #10 Governing Board will hold a Special Board meeting, open to the public, on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. in the District Office Boardroom, 902 W. Main Street, Payson, AZ.

The board will go into executive session to discuss personnel matters. Following the discussion in executive session the board will take action on the approval of the resignation of a certified teacher and the termination of a special education aide.
