Tonto National Forest adminstrative offices will be closed Dec. 26 and Jan. 2

Phoenix office and six district Forest Service offices to be closed for federal holidays.

Phoenix, Ariz (Dec. 19, 2011) - The Tonto National Forest Supervisor's office located in Phoenix, as well as six district administrative offices located throughout the forest, will be closed for the following federal holidays (Christmas Day and New Year's Day) Monday, Dec. 26 (reopens Tuesday, Dec. 27) and Monday, Jan. 2 (reopens Tuesday, Jan. 3).

The six forest district offices located on the forest are: Cave Creek Ranger District, Scottsdale; Globe Ranger District; Mesa Ranger District; Payson Ranger District; Pleasant Valley Ranger District, Young; Tonto Basin Ranger District, Roosevelt.
