Summary: The Telegraph Fire was reported this
afternoon at 1:48 pm and is burning 3 miles south of Picket Post Mountain near
Superior.
The fire size is estimated at 150 acres, access
to the area is difficult.
There was not an estimated containment percentage
available this morning. Crews made good progress on the fire overnight aided by
lower temperatures and higher humidity.
Fire crews will continue work on securing the
fire line today. Air tankers are on standby at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport to
respond as needed.
Fire Activity: Fire activity is minimal this
morning.
